Cancellation Policy

. Deposits & Payments A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable at our discretion if sufficient notice is given. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of the service being completed. We accept payment via cash, invoice and bank transfer. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours, 50% of the service cost will be payable. An invoice will be issued, and payment is required in full. Failure to pay cancellation fees may result in refusal of future bookings. 3. Weather Policy (Mobile Services) In the event of poor weather conditions, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new suitable date. 4. Liability Onyx Detailing will take the utmost care during all services. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, defects, or issues with the vehicle. Customers are advised to remove any valuables from the vehicle prior to their appointment. We do not accept liability for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle. 5. General By booking with us, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have permission to authorise work to be carried out. All work is carried out at the customer’s own risk. We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. 6. 100% Money-Back Guarantee If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the ceramic coating service, you must notify us within the agreed warranty period. We will arrange the removal of the coating at no cost to you, and the full amount paid for the coating will be refunded. The guarantee applies only after the coating has been inspected by us and any concerns have been discussed. The removal must be carried out by us at a mutually agreed time and location. This guarantee covers the cost of the coating service only and does not extend to any additional services e.g polishing.
